Who Made You Judge?
Examining judgment, mercy, grace, and the example of Jesus Christ.
WELCOME
My name is Brad Hobbs, and I write because I believe words can encourage people to stop, listen, examine Scripture, and draw closer to Jesus Christ.
My writing explores faith, forgiveness, healing, spiritual growth, biblical truth, church life, relationships, identity, redemption, and the questions that often remain unspoken. Some books take the form of biblical studies and devotionals. Others tell stories through Christian fiction, memoir, and inspirational writing.
Although the subjects may differ, the purpose remains consistent. I want every book to encourage readers to open Scripture, consider what it says, and allow the truth of God's Word to speak into real life.
FEATURED BOOK
Rediscovering Truth Without Condemnation
Who Made You Judge? invites readers to examine one of the difficult questions raised by the teachings of Jesus. It is a call to look inward before looking outward and to understand how truth, mercy, grace, and personal responsibility belong together.
Through Scripture, reflection, and practical application, the book challenges readers to pursue conviction without pride, grace without compromise, and love without abandoning truth.
“Who made you judge?” is more than a question. It is an invitation to let Jesus examine our hearts before we examine someone else's.
THE WHO SERIES
The Who Series explores judgment, authority, identity, biblical truth, and the question of who Jesus Christ truly is.

Exploring biblical authority, responsibility, Scripture, and the source of spiritual truth.
A concluding exploration of identity, salvation, and the name of Jesus Christ.
FEATURED FICTION
A Story of Brokenness, Redemption, and Hope
What begins as a story about addiction becomes something much deeper. The Substitute explores brokenness, shame, difficult choices, forgiveness, and the longing to be seen, loved, and restored.
Through honest storytelling and unforgettable characters, the novel explores the reality that redemption is never beyond God's reach and that grace can transform even the darkest chapters of a person's life.
The journey does not end with the first novel. The Substitute continues through two additional stories exploring recovery, relationships, forgiveness, faith, and redemption.
FEATURED ENCOURAGEMENT
Standing on the Promises of God
Inspired by the promise of Isaiah 54:17, No Weapon encourages believers to stand confidently upon God's faithfulness during seasons of uncertainty, fear, spiritual warfare, and opposition.
Rather than focusing on the size of the battle, this book turns attention toward the character of the God whose promises remain faithful.
“No weapon formed against you shall prosper.” Isaiah 54:17Explore the Book

A Journey of Transformation Through Jesus Christ
Changed is another book by Brad Hobbs, centered on the transforming work of Jesus Christ and the reality of becoming changed from the inside out.
The book invites readers to look beyond simply knowing about Jesus and to examine what it means for a life to truly be transformed through faith, surrender, obedience, and a growing relationship with Him.
“Changed” is about more than what we say we believe. It is about what happens when Jesus truly changes us.
WHY I WRITE
Every book begins with prayer, Scripture, a question, a burden, or a story that refuses to let go.
I write about real life because faith is not lived in perfect circumstances. People experience grief, disappointment, fear, forgiveness, failure, recovery, questions, relationships, church experiences, and seasons when God's presence can seem difficult to see.
My desire is to meet those realities with Scripture and to remind readers that the Word of God still speaks into the places where life hurts, faith is tested, and hope feels distant.
The subjects may change from one book to another, but the purpose remains the same: to encourage faith, challenge spiritual growth, and point readers toward Jesus Christ.
