Older Adults
Patient technology instruction for learners who may need more time to understand new devices, digital services, and everyday technology.
With a degree in Computer Information Technology, combined with my experience as an educator and childcare director, I bring technology knowledge, classroom experience, leadership, and continued care experience into practical training for teachers, staff, older adults, learners, and early childhood programs.
Education is another part of my work. I combine technology education, classroom experience, early childhood practice, leadership, and practical resource creation to help people learn skills they can actually use.
My degree in Computer Information Technology allows me to offer technology classes for older adults who may need additional time, repetition, and hands on guidance. Our world and society have changed rapidly, and smartphones, computers, online services, digital communication, and other technology are now part of everyday life. My approach is patient, practical, and focused on helping each learner understand technology at a pace that works for them.
My education work reaches beyond one classroom. The same principle carries through each area: explain clearly, provide useful practice, and connect learning to real life.
Patient technology instruction for learners who may need more time to understand new devices, digital services, and everyday technology.
Teaching resources, lesson planning ideas, classroom support, observation resources, and practical materials for early childhood educators.
Onboarding, orientation, continued staff development, classroom guidance, behavior support, and practical training informed by real experience.
Technology should be approachable at every age. I focus on clear explanations, patient instruction, practical examples, and opportunities to practice without feeling embarrassed for needing extra time.
Understand the devices that are now part of everyday life.
Build confidence with common digital activities.
Learn practical ways to recognize common digital risks.
Learning includes time to repeat steps and ask questions.
As a childcare director, I support staff through onboarding, continued care, classroom guidance, and professional development. My experience working with children, including children with challenging behaviors and disabilities, shapes the practical training I provide.
Practical guidance for new staff as they learn classroom routines, responsibilities, expectations, communication, and the daily work of caring for children.
Training informed by real classroom experience, with an emphasis on understanding behavior, building relationships, maintaining routines, and responding consistently.
Practical support for inclusive environments, adapting activities, observing individual needs, and working respectfully with children with disabilities.
Continued training and coaching can help staff grow after orientation, strengthen classroom practice, and apply what they learn to everyday situations.
Support with classroom expectations, routines, documentation, child guidance, and the responsibilities that come with caring for young children.
Training that connects to what actually happens in a classroom and gives staff information they can understand, use, and carry into their work.
My Teaching Materials work provides practical resources for planning, classroom organization, observation, assessment, and daily teaching across early learning settings.
Whether I am teaching technology to an older adult, supporting a new childcare employee, creating resources for an educator, or helping build practical learning materials, my goal is the same: make learning understandable, useful, patient, and connected to real life.
