Ashley had walked through betrayal, exhaustion, loneliness, hidden seasons, and storms that once threatened to overwhelm her. Yet something had changed. Fear no longer controlled her. Pain no longer defined her. The hidden seasons beneath Jesus' wings had transformed her.

The woman standing here now felt different. Her spirit felt stronger. Her heart felt lighter. Her thoughts felt clearer. Healing had done more than restore wounds. Healing had prepared her.

"It is God who arms me with strength and makes my way perfect." Psalm 18:32

Ashley realized those hidden seasons had never been escape. Preparation had been happening all along. Every difficult moment. Every painful night. Every tear. Every prayer. God had been rebuilding strength beneath the surface.

Life no longer felt frightening. Challenges no longer felt impossible. Her confidence no longer depended upon opinions or circumstances. Confidence rested in Jesus.

"To give them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning." Isaiah 61:3

Ashley looked back and saw beauty where she once saw ashes. Joy where she once saw heaviness. Purpose where she once saw pain.

Dreams slowly returned. Hope slowly returned. Life slowly opened again. She discovered something powerful. Stepping out from beneath His wings never meant leaving protection. Stepping forward simply meant walking confidently while still covered by Him.

"He brought me up out of a horrible pit and set my feet upon a rock." Psalm 40:2

Her life had become a testimony. Jesus had covered her. Jesus had restored her. Jesus had strengthened her.

To the reader:

Your journey may feel long. Your valley may feel heavy. Your storm may feel endless. Restoration still waits ahead. Healing still waits ahead. Jesus still covers every step. Continue walking beneath His wings.
