Bradley Hobbs is a devoted follower of Jesus whose life has been shaped through seasons of silence, heartbreak, healing, spiritual searching, and restoration. Through difficult experiences and deeply personal struggles, he discovered the importance of listening for the quiet voice of God even within painful places.

Raised within church culture as the child of a prophet, Brad grew up surrounded by ministry, expectation, and spiritual structure. Questions, however, remained within his heart for many years. Those hidden questions eventually led him into a deeper personal pursuit of truth and a stronger revelation of Jesus.

“Sometimes healing begins when honesty finally becomes louder than fear.”

Whispers in the Pew was born from that journey.

Brad’s writing speaks especially to those who have felt silenced, overlooked, spiritually wounded, rejected, or uncertain in their walk with God. His heart is to create space for healing, restoration, honesty, compassion, and renewed faith through the truth of Scripture and the presence of Jesus.

In addition to devotional writing, Brad continues developing additional books, children’s devotionals, memoir reflections, and creative ministry projects centered on healing, emotional restoration, identity, and spiritual growth.

Brad holds a degree in Computer Information Technology and Business Management and continues pursuing educational development within Early Childhood and Elementary Education. His teaching journey began through the inspiration of his son Gabriel, whose joy, curiosity, and life deeply shaped his passion for caring for children and helping young learners grow with patience and compassion.

His personal journey has included both beautiful moments and painful seasons. Church hurt, emotional wounds, broken relationships, and difficult transitions became part of the testimony that now shapes his writing. Through surrender, prayer, and honest reflection, healing slowly began taking root.

Today, Brad writes with the belief that even quiet obedience can transform a life. His desire remains simple: to help others encounter Jesus personally, hear His voice clearly, and find healing within places that once carried pain.
