Scripture:
“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you and approved of you as My chosen instrument, and before you were born I set you apart and appointed you.” Jeremiah 1:5
Devotion:
Your life has never surprised God. Identity, questions, and your unfolding story remain fully known to Him. Knowledge of your heart existed before any outside voice attempted to define or limit you, and His response has always been love rather than rejection. Purpose stands in place of shame, rooted in intention formed before labels ever appeared.
Messages may have reached you suggesting that acceptance requires alteration or concealment, yet God speaks with clarity and ownership. Belonging does not depend on performance or correction, since His claim rests on creation and covenant rather than condition.
Approach toward God requires no disguise or revision. Entry comes as one already seen and already loved. The invitation leads toward rest within love that reshapes gently from within. Transformation flows naturally from belonging when love becomes the foundation rather than something to be earned.
Prayer:
God, gratitude rises for Your intimate knowledge of every part of my life and for love that reaches fully and without reserve. Moments of doubt concerning worth or belonging still surface, so speak truth into my heart that my life was created with intention and delight.
Courage is needed for honest living, so guide my steps into bold faith shaped by trust rather than fear. Anchor my life in love that drives fear away through Your presence and keeps me steady in who You have called me to be. In Jesus’ name, amen.
