Scripture:
“We have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us.” 2 Corinthians 4:7
Devotion:
Broken places can feel like disqualification. Past mistakes, hidden struggles, and seasons of failure can create the belief that calling has been lost.
God does not see those places as disqualifiers. God sees them as places where His power can be revealed.
The message of the gospel was never built on human perfection. The message rests on God’s power working through human weakness.
Scripture shows this pattern clearly. Lives that carried broken chapters became vessels for extraordinary impact. Transformation became the evidence that God was the source.
A testimony shaped through struggle carries weight. Authenticity reaches places that perfection never could. What once brought shame can become a voice that brings freedom to others.
Calling remains. Purpose remains. The assignment has not been revoked.
The same grace that restored is the same grace that now sends.
Prophetic Word:
“I will take what brought shame and turn it into a platform for My glory. My call on your life remains. What I placed within you still lives. Rise again and speak with boldness. Your voice will reach those who believe they are too far gone.”
Prayer:
Lord, thank You for using imperfect lives to reveal Your perfect power. Give me courage to step forward, even when I feel unworthy. Let my story reflect Your grace and bring hope to others. Strengthen me to walk boldly in the calling You have placed on my life. In Jesus’ name, amen.
