When You Need Forgiveness
Every person has sinned and stands in need of God's mercy. The wonderful news of the gospel is that God delights in showing mercy to those who come to Him with repentant hearts. Through Jesus Christ, forgiveness, grace, and reconciliation are offered to all who turn to Him in faith.
God's Mercy
There Is Hope in Christ
Sin separates us from God, but His desire is to restore those who come to Him with humility and repentance. Throughout Scripture we see His mercy extended to men and women who turned back to Him with sincere hearts.
Forgiveness is not earned by our own goodness. It is received because of God's grace. When we confess our sins and place our trust in Him, we discover His mercy, His love, and the hope that only He can give.
No one is beyond the reach of God's mercy.

Throughout Scripture, God continually calls people to repentance while revealing His mercy toward those who sincerely turn to Him. These passages help us understand God's forgiveness, His grace, and the hope found through Jesus Christ.
Seek the Lord
Isaiah 55:6–9
God invites the wicked to forsake their ways and return to Him, promising abundant pardon because His mercy is greater than our sin.

God Is Merciful

God's Mercy Is Greater Than Your Past
No sin is hidden from God, yet no one who sincerely comes to Him seeking mercy is beyond His reach. Throughout Scripture, we see God restoring those who humble themselves before Him. His desire is not to leave people in guilt and shame but to lead them into forgiveness, reconciliation, and a new life in Christ.
If you recognize your need for God's forgiveness today, do not delay. Turn to Him with a sincere heart, believe His Word, and respond in faithful obedience. The Lord delights in showing mercy to those who seek Him.
Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the Lord, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.Isaiah 55:7

Turning Back to God
Heavenly Father,
I come before You with humility, acknowledging my need for Your mercy. I confess my sins and ask You to forgive me according to Your grace. Thank You for the sacrifice of Jesus Christ and for the hope of forgiveness that You have made available through Him.
Create in me a clean heart, teach me to walk in obedience to Your Word, and help me to live a life that honors You. Thank You for Your love, Your mercy, and Your faithfulness that never fail.
In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
