The Journey Continues

Writing this book has been more than an exercise in putting thoughts onto paper. It has been a journey of examining my own heart before God. Every chapter required me to revisit familiar passages of Scripture with fresh eyes and to ask difficult questions that first needed to be answered within my own life before they could ever be shared with someone else.

If there is one truth I hope remains long after the final page has been turned, it is this.

Jesus is still calling people
out of condemnation
and into grace.

The purpose of this book was never to weaken biblical truth or encourage believers to ignore holiness. Nothing could be further from my heart. Instead, my prayer has always been that we would see truth as Jesus revealed it. Truth that restores. Truth that convicts without condemning. Truth that leads people to repentance rather than despair. Truth that always points to the Savior.

Every one of us has been the person in need of mercy. Every one of us has carried stones. Every one of us has stood somewhere between conviction and grace. The good news of the Gospel is that Jesus still meets people there.

My prayer is that this book encourages you to continue reading Scripture for yourself. Allow the Holy Spirit to search your heart. Continue growing in truth. Continue growing in grace. Continue becoming more like Christ every day.

When you are tempted to judge quickly, remember the garden. When you are tempted to condemn, remember the temple courtyard. When you feel overwhelmed by your own failures, remember the cross. When you wonder if redemption is still possible, remember the empty tomb.

Most of all, remember Jesus.

He is the Author and Finisher of our faith. He is our Advocate. He is our Redeemer. He is our Hope.

Thank you for allowing me to walk beside you through these pages. May the Lord bless you, keep you, guide your steps, and continually shape your heart into the likeness of His own.
